TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT By submitting this form, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions for advertising on our consumer credit affiliate network. Upon occurrences in which we need a new; or additional, credit provider, we will notify you to give you the opportunity to submit your advertising proposal. Even if you are not selected, you can continue to receive future opportunity notices. The offers you submit must be 'Exclusive'. You cannot submit advertising proposals for credit products/services which you are not the ultimate owner or manager of. For example, you cannot submit advertising proposals for products/services which you are reselling (sub-promoting) through another affiliate network, nor proposals in which you will base sales/leads upon another entity's acceptance. You must be the ultimate decision maker. The only exception to this rule is if you agree to receive and render payment for all leads/sales regardless of back-end purchases. Membership means you will receive notices regarding specific advertising opportunities, based upon our needs. Subsequently you will be invited to submit your proposal. If your proposal is accepted, your offer will appear on Our Property and our affiliates will be invited to participate. Membership is free and you may cancel at any time. If you fail to adhere to our Terms & Conditions, you will be removed from our future opportunity notifications. An example of a Terms violation is submitting a proposal for a product/service which you are reselling because you are not the originating entity.
