Private Label Versions of Our Software (Section 3)

Pulsar Marketing offers Private Label versions of its innovative software. This enables you to use our software to power your own affiliate marketing network, or to offer an additional channel to your existing affiliate network.

For a flat monthly fee as low as $500 (with no setup fees nor commission overrides), Pulsar Marketing will load a copy of its proprietary affiliate software onto one of its servers using a domain name of your choice. You can register the domain, or have Pulsar Marketing register it for you. The software (and domain name) will reside on a Pulsar Marketing server. You will be given administrative access to all of the software functions. Pulsar Marketing will retain rights to the server's access and the associated files to protect against theft and software corruption. There are no long term commitments, and you may cancel the lease at any time. Upon expiry of the monthly lease service, the domain name shall remain the exclusive property of the registering party, and the software will remain the exclusive property of Pulsar Marketing.

To obtain a private label version of our innovative software, we must first receive your initial hosting payment. Subsequent payments for continued monthly leasing must be received at least 10 business days in advance of each following month.

Cancellation, Refund and Guarantee: If you cancel the lease within the first initial 30 days, Pulsar Marketing will retain half of the monthly lease fee to cover setup costs. The remaining 50% balance will be refunded to you within 10 business days. For cancellations after the initial 30 days, simply discontinue payments and the lease will be terminated. If you cancel during the midst of any 30 day monthly lease; beyond the initial 30 days, the unused prorated balance will be refunded to you within 10 business days. For such cancellations, simply notify us by calling our Toll Free Support.

This software is similar to Google's AdSense/AdWords, but is much more powerful. In addition to defining positive and negative keywords, the software will also allow gray keywords (for example, you can allow affiliates to have limited use of certain words (gray words) on their web pages, or totally deny ad delivery to web pages which contain inappropriate words (negative words). And, unlike Google, you reward affiliates per valid lead/sale, not per click. You can manually review each lead/sale generated for quality before awarding a commission. Another difference, is that our software lets your advertisements consist of graphics and forms (such as applications, email subscriptions, zip code submits, etc), not just text.

FlatFeeSpectrum - This is the most powerful, flat rate banner/link software in existence. It enables you to get quality links to your website for a flat daily rate. Although you could get paid links without any software, our software saves you a lot of time and trouble. Instead of having to review your link partner websites daily, our software does it for you. If you specify your link is to be put on the main/default pages of partner websites, our spider crawls daily to ensure your link is posted on the main/default page, and is posted properly. Section 4: Requirements to use Pulsar Marketing's Affiliate Networks (Versus a Private Label Version of our Innovative Software).

If you desire to use a Pulsar Marketing network (such as FinancialAffiliateMarketing.com, AdsSonic.com, SEScout.com, etc), instead of obtaining a private label version of our software to power your own in-house affiliate network, these minimal requirements must be met:

*You must be a U.S. financial advertiser, based in the U.S., and not a 3rd party marketing representative (affiliate, reseller, etc).

*Your domain (not just the landing page), must be completely void of affiliate recruitment links. This requirement is to maintain our affiliate force and not lose them to another network.

*You must offer a payout rate higher than you award at any other affiliate network or via your own in-house affiliate network. This requirement is to enable us to offer our affiliates the same payout rate (minus our override).

*Our pixel tracking tag must be properly installed and maintained on the Order/Success page. This requirement is to enable tracking of our affiliate leads/sales.

*Commissions must be paid in accordance with our tracking. If your program is managed by another affiliate marketing company, the lead/sale volume tracked by our software shall override those recorded by the other affiliate marketing network.

*A minimum escrow of $500. This is not a setup fee. The escrow is used to cover payments for leads/sales generated by our affiliates.

*A positive account balance must be maintained, and your account must have funds available to also cover the cost of leads received but still pending approval/rejection (if you opted for the manual lead review option). Upon depletion of your escrow or insufficient funds to cover pending leads, your advertising account will be terminated until funds are replenished.

*If you opt for Manual Lead Review (reviewing each lead/sale for validity prior to rewarding commissions), you must login to the Control Panel provided by Pulsar Marketing and update (approve or reject) pending leads. Any and all pending leads not approved or rejected within 30 days are automatically approved upon the 31st day and must be paid by you. If your account results in a high lead rejection rate, Pulsar Marketing may; at its sole discretion, remove you from its network(s). In such instances, unused funds will be refunded to you within 10 business days.

Cancellation, Refund and Guarantee: To cancel your advertising account, call our Toll Free Support at least seven business days in advance of your desired cancellation date. This is to give us time to notify our affiliates so they can remove your program links prior to the cancellation date. On the eighth business day, your account will be cancelled and your unused funds will be refunded to you within 10 business days. If you cancel the within the first initial 30 days, Pulsar Marketing will retain a $150 fee to cover costs associated with activating your account (new program notifications to affiliates, integration into our network, etc). The remaining balance will be refunded to you within 10 business days.

Typical Advertising Rates (Section 5):

Pulsar Marketing does not charge any setup fees. We also allow advertisers to decide how much they desire to pay per lead, sale, click, impression, or daily flat rate. However; if an advertiser cannot meet a minimum requirement that would entice our affiliates to promote their product or service, we retain the right to deny advertising via any of our networks. The minimal rate requirement is to provide a degree of likelihood that our affiliates will promote the advertiser to generate revenue that will offset our costs in creating an advertiser's account.

Below are Typical Advertising Rates. These rates are either currently being awarded to Pulsar Marketing and its affiliates, and/or are rates that are being rewarded via other affiliate marketing networks. These rates are merely to provide you with a guideline, so you can gauge how much you will need to pay per action in order to offer affiliates a *Competitive Rate.

Suggested Guide for Leads and Sales:

Auto Loan (Per Lead): $5.00 (very short form) up to $20 (long form)

Auto Loan (Per Sale): $75 Up to $200 per sale.
